two logo connection 1 pc runtime

hello,

I would like to build a system with Logo module, but I have to stear many valves ca. 30.

One Logo with extention modules can stear 16 outputs.

I would like to use two Logo modules (with extention modules), each with different ip.

How can I connect them with one pc with runtime?

Via simple switch ?

First of all, welcome to the forum.

1.) One LOGO! 0BA8 can max. manage 20 digital outputs.

2.) You can two LOGO! 0BA8 network with each other, or even in individual operation left. Either way, you can then manage a total of 40 digital outputs.

3.) From which runtime do you speak? WinCC TIA Portal? If so, then this is possible. You can create a separate connection from the runtime to each of the two LOGO!s.

4.) You can connect the LOGO!s and the runtime PC with a simple, unmanaged switch. He just has to have enough ports. And the IP addresses of all devices must be in the same subnet.

my question is how to do it phisically - how to connect them ? using what device ? Dedicated Logo switch like this - Siemens LOGO! 8 CSM 12/24 - 6GK7177-1MA20-0AA0  ?

Ahhh...no, names "master slave" are just for me I do not want to use them working that way.

Both will be working as a master.

Can you plase look in my attachement - is it correct configuration ?

the only one way to connect two logos with pc ?

Is it possible to do this using smiple cheap home switch ?
