In the STEP 7 HW Config,there is a parameters i can't understand! It has been marked in th attachment! dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 12481 Rating: (2722)	Hello Dragonasty; I have prepared the following extract (from the CP31xC Technological Functions manual) to show the relationship of the parameters you are trying to control in your frequency counting application. I suggest you raise the max. counting frequency from 1kh to at least twice the maximum frequency of the signal you are trying to measure; 5khz would be borderline, 10 kHz would be more precise.
