Display Tag Logging query on I/O Field

Ugo_Arrigoni Posts: 32 Rating: (3)	Hello everyone, i hope everybody is ok. I need some help or suggestions about something i need do accomplish in WinCC Professional 7.4 SP1 Upd1. I am using tag loggin to archive the number of times a device is turned on. It is stored in a counter and i save its accumulated value in the end of each day (21:00), so i know i am keeping track of its daily usage. Recently i was asked how i could show in an i/o field, the monthly number of times it was turned on. I know i have the data stored in wincc tag logging database but how to use it to display it like that ? In a sql i would just perform some dinamic query and thats is but how can i do it so the io field will always display value refering to current month ? I really would appreciate some suggestion. Should i make a vbs script on i/o vield output value field to display the query ? Do you have any recomendation to make it easier to accomplish my task ? Thank you in advance.
