WinCC Redundancy Option and Reports which stored on SQL database

In our system, we have 2 Scada Computers  (WinCC 7.5 SP1  Stand Alone).   On both computer, it received the batch summary report  via DB variables from the PLC and store on the SQL database (by VBS script) of each computer.

I would like to make the redundancy of the reports which stored on the SQL database.   So that, if computer number 2 are power off for 1 week .... When the computer number 2 is turned on again, the report and data on SQL table (of computer2) will be automatically synchronized and updated from the computer number1. 

Can "WinCC Redundancy Option" help the SQL database on computer2 do the synchronization/update like this concept ?
