User logon

In WINCC RT redunant installation we have some users defined (MANAGER, SISTEMISTA, DEFAULT): for first two users, after correct logon, when no operation occours, they return to DEFAULT user correctly.

Sometimes system not recognize user and replay with "Undefined user".

I can solve this trouble only shut down and restart all two servers.

 I've also rewritten project to each servers.

Project is based on SIMATIC WINCC SCADA V7.5 UPD3 under Windows server 2016
