Need MSRTExt-dll ADD-ONs

MSRTExt.DLL was an AddOn from Siemens Center of Competence Stuttgart.
This is not longer available, it was used with WinCC V5.

You would like to export messages from the archive ?
Have a look to the Application example

Hello gozluk,

Dbext.dll and MsgStat.dll are old AddOnd from Siemens Center of
Competence Stuttgart too.
They are not longer available. The Dbext.dll was used for the
communication with the Sybase-Database, was used with WinCC V5 or
older.

WinCC V6.0 and all newer version of WinCC are using the Microsoft
SQL Server.

Dbext.dll was used for reading data from a table in
the Sybase database, or writing data to a table in
the Sybase database.

Now you need to do the similar with MS SQL Server.

There is a simple example in the manual

Alternatively you can use the option Userarchive.
But you need an additional license for it.
