Wincc User Archive Editor

Hi,

Currently I am facing an issue with user archive editor, where I can't export archives, because all buttons are grey and unaccessible.

I know this fact has been discussed and the solution was deleting the UAEditor.loc from project file, but this didn't worked for me. 

I can delete this file but nothing happens. Everytime I close the editor this file disappears  and reappears when I open again.

Also, I can not delete ProjectOpened.lck because it is used by wincc explorer. It dissapears when I close the project and reappears when I open again the project.

From the User Archie Editor you have 2 posibiltys to export any data

From Edit -> Export, Import or

Right Mause on archive Archive Data Save to File, Load from File

Also you can export archive data from User Archvie Control

Please not try to delete the File ProjectOpende.lck ! This file is created from WinCC to avoid multiple access. This file you have to delete only it the WinCC runtime is deactivated and WinCC Explorer is closed !

The only way to export archives for me is to click Runtime Data ->>Export / Import. I am using Wincc v7.0

Yes, CCUsrAcv.exe is running in all this time. Also I am trying to export the archives with runtime closed.
