Emaara Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Please see Attached file and help me When the Temperature change the output continue rise untill reach the maximum value and no change after that I do not know what is the problem I am try many changes in the PID Parameters but no result I read many subjects such as PID LoopAlgorithm -- PID ( Standard Instruction) -- PID Loop Definition Table and I am not able to apply it in the correct method Please can you Simplfy this information to do this simple PID task thank you very much Attachment pid example.zip (248 Downloads)

The I have modified it to get a PWM output for the PID(Because my PID-Simulator only works with digital) but every thig works well. Do you have a fast or a slow PID-Loop? Where have you connected your temperatur sensor? What kind of analog EM do you use? Can your heating system work with a analog signal? Regards
