QMX3.P34 - General HVAC and DXR2.E18

Hello,

Does anyone know why some of the QMX3.P34 are displaying 0.0 Deg and some are displaying the room temperature? They all got the same application and same part number.

It`s my understanding that each QMX3.P34 have their own temperature sensor. Apart downloading the DXR application, is there anything else to configure?

Hi,

Just restart KNX line from the SSA or just restart the controller.

Also make sure you have made full download to controller.

I`ve restarted the controller, cleared the device, cleared the application but still end up with a screen and no values. Is there a way to configure it differently? May be with ETS as it`s a KNX touchpad?

You need to verify DXR2 configuration. Is QMX3 properly assigned and visible as operational in DXR2? Is room segment correctly assigned to room?

Yes, I am using the same application on others units and don`t have any problems. Is there a way to investigate the logic blocs and see what`s the application do?

You can watch if you put the KNX devices is in the correct roomsegment and room. And when you go in the bar where you have the devices, there are the setting of the QMX in the properties

hello, 

we faced same issue where we were using BACnet SC. we disabled the BACnet SC by accident and after that all thermostats showed temperature reading again. 

I cannot say for sure that was the issue.
