Thanks for ur reply but still i'mconfuse please help me to come out this confusion because i have ask same question in my "Module dignosticinformation' FAQ in that Aret reply me flowing please go through
"SFC51 requires input STRUCTURE, which consists of SSL-ID and INDEX. For reasonable functionatily you need to configure both in the right way.
SSL_ID in your case is 00B1.
Index depends on what module to you want to diagnose. Look at addressing of module in HWConfig - there would be IO addresses like 512..527. Then 512 is base logical address of this module''.

Or You can read this FAQ in Page 2. beacuse of Aert reply i'm confuse and your reply for this is dignostic address. Please guide me. I'm sending u some Hw configuration from that you can guide me properly. thanks for ur reply in adavance.
