Dear Experts Yesterday after couple of trials, could get connected with online drives and then found yellow bar on top but after that unable to get connected with online drives Request advice as we connected 9 pin cable via laptop through serial to usb adapter Thanks and Regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Which is serial to USB adapter? please check with any another make adapter. |
