Project retrieving exit code 34

Hi everyone, 

I try retrieving a project in step 7 new pc which was retrieved using another pc. But it keeps exiting with exit code 34.

The project was archived with step 7 v5.5 and am trying to retrieve with step 7 v5.6.

Please some one should help me with the solution to this problem. Thanks for your response

Hello Nanchi,

I recommend to use the function "Save as..." with the option "With reorganization (slow)" in the SIMATIC Manager in this case.
