How can avoid blocks which are not used?

I have one problem that In my original program I added only OB1 but when am uploading program have lot of blocks are came FC,FB,SFC,DB blocks like ...how can avoid that blocks which are am not using? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from How To Hide/unhide FC block in Step7.
