Question about addressing

Hello,

How could I read and write to peripheral address which is stored in local variable?

For example, I have address input address '260' which is stored in:

#address

 To load and transfer data to that address I would normally do:

L PIW 260

...

T PQW 260

 But how to read and write if address is written in variable? The following does not work

L PIW #address

...

T PQW #address
