PXC200 COV subscription with Toshiba for VRV from Carrier

We have onsite a VRV, from Carrier, that uses this device from Toshiba:

To communicate with the internal VRV units.

The problems is that when the device is on the BACnet network I can, in YABE, read and write values on the BACnet objects that it has. It has 12 internal units and I need to read/write on 5 points from each unit.

I have tried to use COV and polling at 10 minutes intervals, but the minute I connect the PLC to network, the Toshiba gateway gets block and I can no longer see the BACnet objetcs in YABE. It simple stops communicating and seems that gets "blocked" by the request from the PXC.

We theory I should use COV, but should I use polling with different time intervals so that they do not get overlapped and "freezes" the gateway?

The odd part is that in the past it had worked without problems and know I can no longer manipulate the BACnet objects.

did you checked the Bacnet ID for you PXC and the Toshiba controller?

Are they don't use same ID? Or IP address?

familiar situation for me was with the Midea gateway.

There was a note that one datapoint can not be changed twice between 15 seconds.

I guess you have to add switch on/off delay for each data point (write DP only) if you want to change the value only once per 15 seconds.

That was the solution for me.

Manage to solve the problem.

So, for acessing the datapoints I was using the name of each object, e.g.: [Device Object Instance]"Name of the property": [16]"Room_Temp/AI_001", but if the number of object was reduce it would work. The problem arises when I increased the amount of points, 96 in my case. I had to use the convention: [16][0,264]. The zero represent the object type and 264 is the number of the object.

Know, i can use 96 points with a polling of 1 minute.
