How to Change Topology using User program in S7-1500T?

Pradip Patel Advanced Member Joined: 10/17/2014 Last visit: 3/11/2025 Posts: 18 Rating: (6)	Hardware: CPU 1511T-1 PN Servo Drive 1 : S210 Servo Drive 2 : S210 Servo Drive 3 : S210 Requirement Details: - Machine program is developed For 3 machine variant.(One User Program For 3 diffract machine variant) - So, Hardware Configuration will same in user program but actual hardware (Servo Drives) will change as per machine variants. Configured Hardware as below(In User Program) - For All Type of machine = [ CPU 1511T-1 PN ] + [ Servo Drive 1 : S210 ] + [ Servo Drive 2 : S210 ] + [Servo Drive 3 : S210] Actual Hardware Configuration as below - Machine Type 1 = [ CPU 1511T-1 PN ] + [ Servo Drive 1 : S210 ] + [ Servo Drive 2 : S210 ] + [Servo Drive 3 : S210] - Machine Type 2 = [ CPU 1511T-1 PN ] + [ Servo Drive 1 : S210 ] + [ Servo Drive 2 : S210 ] - Machine Type 3 = [ CPU 1511T-1 PN ] + [ Servo Drive 1 : S210 ] For Machine Type 2 & 3 Drive object is deactivate using "D_ACT_DP" (Using Enable/Disable DP Slave) & CPU Shows RUN LED Green (Steady) & Error LED Red (Blinking) due to Topology error. in case of Machine Type 2 there is no actual drive available after Servo Drive 2 & in case of machine Type 3 there is no actual drive available after Servo Dive 1 So, how to change topology port or connect/disconnect topology port from user program? SIMATIC Library LSINATopo(Entry ID: 109770003) is available but its consume very High amount of code Work-memory. So, is any instructions or command available for active/inactive topology?
