Checked latest HSP, but there is no such ET 200SP. Maybe i have to find special HSP for SIPLUS? 

There is no internet, so i need HSP.

You simply have to use the non-Siplus, "based-on" part number for your module to insert it in yoir configuration. In this case, look for 6ES7155-6AU01-0CN0
