Problem with memory card

arbi1994 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, I've problem with memory card(6ES7954-8LL03-0AA0) in controller Cpu1511F-1. This card was formated by windows tool. My plc can't see memory card when I want to format it by Tia or format function in plc. Is there a chance to repair my memory card? Diagnostic buffer: "CPU error: Memory card evaluation error: Memory card not accepted or cannot be mounted current card type: No memory card Function finished/aborted, new startup inhibit set: .. - Memory card missing, wrong type, wrong content or protected During evaluation of the memory card by the operating system, a disturbance or malfunction was detected on the memory card or in the operating system. Note the additional information in the diagnostics buffer entry, particularly the reaction (mode transition actually initiated and newly set startup inhibit conditions). Resolution: Replacing the memory module normally rectifies the problem." Thanks for help.

arbi1994 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I can not format card by plc or tia portal. When try format I've information "Memory card not inserted". My controller doesn't see memory card but computer sees. What else can I do?.
