Hardware Update problem (6es7-315-2eh14-0ab0 v3.2 missing)

Umer459 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts ! Everything was fine earlier. But when i reinstalled the Step 7 5.5 SP4, i face hardware update problem. In Hardware catalogue CPU 6ES7-315-2EH14-0AB0 V3.2 is missing. I installed HW updates many times & even GSD file of CPU 6ES7-315-2EH14-0AB0 V3.2 but still facing the same issue. I also install the Step 7_HSPS_Zip file but again facing the same problem. What should i do? I attached the pics for more understanding. Attachment 1.jpeg (577 Downloads)

mopS04 Posts: 5521 Rating: (1058)	hi Umer459, this is an known problem that comes from Installation with DVD: [SOLVED] Step7 V5.5+SP4, CPU doesn't appear in the hardware configuration Try to download and install the Trial installation: Trial download SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.5 SP4 regards,
