Thanks that finally helped me switching the PLC from "Run" to "Run-P".

Protection level one is done by a keylock.If the CPU has a keylock,
so the program is protected by proper postion of this lock.In RUN-P
or STOP status of the CPU, you have full access to user program
but in the RUN position of the key, you just have a read only access.
In other types of PLCs such as AB , there is also a same mechanisem
to avoid forcing parameters or change user program in RUN key position,
so as a first step, check the key position be on RUN-P.
