Problem in monitoring modules Errors by OB83

I program a logic in funny way or maybe ridiculous( because of indirect addressing system I implemented) in order to monitor module situation by OB83. I used temps: #OB83_MDL_TYPE, #OB83_EV_CLASS, #OB83_FLT_ID, #OB83_FLT_ID. 

I set a Byte memory (MB70) to show which module is Faulty or Alarm And set four output Bytes for Alarm outputs as below:

QB0:  Alarm Outputs For Digital Module

QB1:  Alarm Outputs For Analog Module

QB2:  Alarm Outputs For CP Module

QB3:  Alarm Outputs For FM Module

The CPU that I have chosen is "CPU 412-2 DP" with an expansion rack. I have compiled my OS towards WINCC by MPI network and simulate by PLCSIM. 

My question is about that, apparently some of the reactions to the triggered Error OB (my mean is by OB83) that I did, are vague and strange to me!!

I will state several cases and you tell whether it is as it should be or not?? 

1. When I trigger error OB for my Analog modules only the indicators specific to that Analog card are displayed. But no CPU Stop!!

2. When I trigger error OB for my FM modules ( With both module addresses in Master rack  & Expansion rack make no difference ) only the indicators(Alarms) specific to that FM card are displayed. But no CPU Stop!!

3.But when I trigger error OB for my CP modules, the indicators(Alarms) specific to that CP card and those that belongs to FM module become Flashing together.  Why?? Even no CPU Stop!!

But the most strange one is number 4:

4. When I trigger error OB for my Digital modules for this specific status: " Module type OK ", all of the indicators of all cards become flashing together (Just like the first screenshot I attached. But note the point that the module address I was inserted for this screenshot was QD2!! and then accidently I had changed it to PIW512).And surely no CPU Stop. So why all other module reaction to this case?! Is it OK??! Of course, if it is as it should be, I have no problem!! I checked my program but I am not sure, it is a mistake in STL codes or it is natural??!

But for other status like (module removed...or incorrect module type or error in parameters...), CPU go to STOP mode!! and again all of the indicators of all cards become flashing together, according to the same error. Again why!! But only in PLCSIM this happening is visual to these statuses and nothing Flashing on WINCC screen(WINCC stay flashing according to previous Error or Alarm and can not update)!!! So a new problem I faced with. please tell how can I visible these Alarms to these statuses on WINCC too??!! I will attached a screenshot of my module addresses then and here's my STL:

 This videos show about number 3. When I triggered first for piw4091(to CP module) and both FM & CP alarms become active. I am not sure that it is OK??!

Then you will see, I triggered for PQW512 and the reaction was OK and according to plan.

You see after I trigger for QD2, CPU go to STOP (I remember that somewhere I read about something like this for digital cards and it seems OK to me!!), all of relevant bits in MB70 become set to '1' and for all other module alarm become active to and even a failure in monitoring by WINCC!!
