Cannot find Hardware Update for CP443

kapilkk Posts: 17 Rating: (1)	Hi, I have Step7 V5.4 on my PC. I do not see CP443-1 (6GK7 443 1EX20 0EX0) firmware version 2.0 in the hardware list. I also tried to update the hardware list from internet but it was not listed in the list of available updates for download. If anyone knows how I can update it in my hardware list please help me. TomDeWou Platinum Member Joined: 11/15/2006 Last visit: 3/26/2025 Posts: 1319 Rating: (176)	Hi, I suggest installation of latest SP (SP5) for STEP7 first. Then redo the update of the hardware catalogue. You can find the SP5 as download on the support website, just search for "STEP7 SP5 download".

umencho Grandmaster Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 1/10/2026 Posts: 10247 Rating: (1183)	Hello Kapil, The CP 443-1 EX20 v2.0 "can be projected" after STEP7 V5.4 SP4. You didn't wrote which SP you already installed. I suggest you to update your version of Step7. The last version is SP5 but for this moment is only for everybody having a SUS contract for Step 7. But Service Pack 4 for STEP 7 V5.4 and STEP 7 Professional Edition 2006 Hope this will helps. Best regards Hristo Mihalev
