Good day Fabio Locatelli Yes you can do it; that is one of the advantages of S7 technology objects; they're hardware agnostic. Specify DB for the encoder type. Then you emulate the required encoder signals by writing to the DB. There is a guide to this somewhere. However, you need to tune the axis according to the limitations of this encoder - in terms of mechanical stiffness and electrical noise.
