To have a direct link for downloading the file, the correct url adress is :

https://192.168.0.1/DataLogs?Path=/Datalogs/ProdDataLogs.csv&Action=DOWNLOAD&E=1

if you have the same problem:
Have you read the answers in this topic and in the other topic where you also wrote that you have the same problem? If not, try the advices from the answers in both topics and then report back whether you succeeded or not (wit many details as possible please).
