Simodrive 611 f9 fault

Hello,

I have a machine running on sinumerik 840c with simdrive 611A system.

The main spindle drive gives "f9"  fault. Ee check the encoder with the oscilloscope it is ok. Also we check the encoder cable connectivity is also ok. We replace the drive controle card with another used one, but the fault is still appear. Aloso we can monitor the encoder position from the simodrive lcd correctly.

I would like to ask if the encoder require some sort of position calibration with the motor, because we change the original angle of the encoder
