Simatic Step 7 V11 to V13 upgrade error

Hey there,

I'm having some issue upgrading a Simatic Step 7 V11 to V13 with license 6ES7822-1AA03-0YE5 on a Simatic Field PG laptop. After inserting the Simatic Step 7 Professional V13 SP1 DVD the installer initializing sucessfully, but after selecting a language and clicking next I get the error:

ForeignKeyConstraint FK_SetupUnit_ProductUnit requires the child key values (PLCSim64, ) to exist in the parent table.

Looking at the log files there is nothing about this error or the source of it.

Any idea how could I solve this?

have you tried to run the installation as Admin and with deactivated anti-virus-scan?

You said after clicking language. Did you choose the same language of your existing system/software?

Yes, running the installer as admin and tried with different languages, but doesn't help, still the same error.

No antivirus software on the laptop and Windows firewall is disabled.
