Hi We have machine fluid bed dryer, we need to control the inlet temperature. Machine has pneumatic Kinetrol rotary valve (controlled via 0 to1 bar pressure) and mix hot and cold air. For that purpose we add Analog IN in order to measure inlet temperature, and Analog OUT 4-20ma goes to Samson converter and convert 4-20ma to 0 to 1bar pressure in order to control Kinetrol mixing flap positioning. Example: we what 40 Celsius inlet air, we add 40 value in HMI and analog output will be for example 9ma. But air is suck from outside, so in summer we need less hot air, per winter we need more hot air and Kinetrol should adjust this. How to control this? If I scale from 0-100 in analog output, and add 40 value per winter we will have 30C inlet air or per summer we will have 50C inlet air temp. So the OUT 4-20ma should be controller via inlet air temperature if he reach required temperature. Will pay if someone handle this program, thanks!

Please don't post twice or more for the same problem. You ask for same in this topic: Analog IN to Analog OUT |

Closed cause question posted twice. The second thread with the subject Analog IN to Analog OUT is published within the conference STEP 7 (TIA Portal). Jen_Moderator |
