Using a counter value in a hardware pointer?

My idea was to use a counter value implemented in the IO address pointers but I can't seem to figure out the syntax. The data of the first one is P#I1000.0 BYTE 19, I would place the next one on P#I1100.0 BYTE 19 and so on. I would use the counter value to change the pointer to get the data on the corresponding drive. I'm using the same counter to put the data in the array's I've created, for this I can use the [ ] to implement the counter value. Kind regards Rootsap

It is possible to construct the ANY pointer that you show in your example, when using S7-300 / S7-400 and S7-1500. This forum does detail how to do it in STL and SCL. An official FAQ from Siemens can also be found. PEEK / POKE instructions are preferred when using S7-1200 or S7-1500. It is easier to point to a variable byte number from there. These are not the only options, but may fit your current design the best.
