Marks_Shoeb Regular Member Joined: 12/26/2019 Last visit: 12/7/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I want to Install "TIA_Portal_STEP7_Prof_Safety_WinCC_V19" on my PC. I had WINCC Explorer V7.5 SP2 which I unsinstalled before installing the TIA Portal V19. But I am getting an error. (Screenshot attached) Can anyone help me to overcome this error? I took a look at the setup configuration, this text should be displayed instead: TermMessage60: The installed version of 'SIMATIC S7-PCT' belongs to another product. TIA Portal STEP 7 V19 - WinCC V19 is fully compatible with the installed 'SIMATIC S7-PCT'. To install the current version of 'SIMATIC S7-PCT', use 'SIMATIC_S7-PCT*.exe' from the "Support" folder of DVD 2. However, since this is only a warning, you should be able to continue the setup without doing any additional installations. Kind regards Stefan
