I used Update 7 which you can find here Updates for STEP 7 V17, S7-PLCSIM V17 and WinCC V17 - ID: 109784441 - Industry Support Siemens Piet004 I solved it, I unselect SIMATIC Industrial Ethernet (ISO) on the card TAP-Windiws Adaptater V9 You can see it on the picture
