Standard Function Block

Hi  ,

I Need Some Help To generate Standard Blocks in TIA Portal.

1) I want to make I/O Parameters used for standard block should be visible & Invisible.

2) If the I/O Parameters are more then By default i have to show 2-3 parameters and others should be shown when i click on drop down arrow.

Please Find Attached Images For Reference.

I have seen Blocks like this while commissioning but i don't any  idea how to make it .

if any one one know please help me.
