The error message content is "HSP0311 ET200SP TM Drives V1.0: Update failed to install, all remaining selected updates are also discontinued for further installation if they exist." Could you please send me the update file for HSP0311 ET200SP TM Drives V1.0? I would be grateful for your assistance.

If this doesn´t help, I sugest you to creae a Support Request because it is a extrange behaviour. Best regards!

I am getting the same error but suspect it is because I already have V2.0 installed. It would be useful to know how to stop TIA Updater and TIA Adminstrator trying to put on earlier versions of the HSP's than what is already installed on the PG. Who knows, you might have a project requiring the v1.0 HSP in order to successfully compile even as you develop a new project that requires v2.0 of the HSP - perhaps because of differences in PLC or remote device hardware / firmware revisions. It fails on the administrator install so I tried downloading package and manually installing it. It says to close portal to install I do and it says install complete but when I go back in it says not installed and wants me to do it again.
