What happened to the portal project last used to download to the PLC?

If you cannot find the exact project, you need to upload or manually compare / synchronize all the blocks and data (M-tag and DB tag values), then compile / rebuild all on the PC project and download to the PLC until you get green circles everywhere.  Then make a backup / archive of the project so you can get back to that point in the future.

Consider also making incremental name changes as anything changes in the portal project that makes it different in any way from what is running in the PLC.

Keeping the names slightly different helps keep things straight or at least makes it possible to do.

Hello,

I have TIA Portal V17 project (s7-1500 PLC), but my project not last version. Last version is only in PLC.

Some blocks is different. If I upload selected block from PLC to PC, this blocks status changes to green, but if I try open this block, this block again changes as different offline and online.
