Read traces from memory card

On what PLC?  Are you certain the trace data is stored in a file on a Siemens MMC?

On S7-1200, you can run without a MMC installed.  How can you read something that may not even exist?

You can _try_ building a system that creates a TCP web connection to the running PLC's web server and attempt to "download" it from itself.  I'm not at all sure if the PLC will accept an inbound connection from itself - never tried it.

Anyhow, this is a question best left to Siemens Support - use the "Support Request" link above these online forums and create a new request.  Please post their response.
