Siemens TIA Portal V18 file opening issue

I have a project build in v18. my friend give me this file, the file is opening in my friend PC but not opening in my pc i have Siemens TIA Portal V18 installed and update3 is also installed. when ever i open project. a message appear

"Open Project Error(4600-000103)"

 " An Error occurred while opening the project. the project can not be opened with this software version. Please contact siemens.

why i receive this message.
