If so, try disabling it temporarily. - Are you running the "Setup.exe" of the V16 installation as administrator? Please do so. - Was there any other version of TIA Portal installed on this system? - Which WinCC (TIA Portal) V16 package are you installing (WinCC Advanced, Unified, Professional...)? - What is the compilation of the PC operating system?
