HMI is showing ###

Hello Everyone,

I am facing same issue but bit different.

I have two identical systems with PLC CPU1215C and HMI TP1200.

System 1 is healthy and System 2 HMI was factory reset done without taking backup.

So, I have taken backup of System 1 HMI (which is healthy) and restore to System 2 (which was factory reset).

After power ON of System 2 HMI it is showing ###.

So, whether I have to load PLC backup also from System 1 to System 2.

Note: We don't project backup, I have taken upload from PLC and HMI.

Also, PLC is write protected ( So, I will have to factory reset PLC also)
