Hello, welcome to the forum. The simplest thing would be to contact the person who made the HMI and ask for a username and password and help. Firstly, pay close attention. Do you have a correct backup of the HMI? Are you sure the project is on version 14? If the answer is no, then forget the rest. do a search here. SIMATIC WinCC flexible Do you just want to change the HMI project login password and transfer it? Or is it an HMI system password? In this VIDEO it shows how to transfer via IP, but it has the option of USB and in the HMI settings you also have to select the USB transfer mode. Look for plenty of information here and videos before doing anything. Be very careful and sure when carrying out any procedure, especially if it is in production. at your own risk. good luck. |

Hello AutoGen_9404243 Do you have the hmi project for engineering? If not then you could also not make a Reset of the Panel. you would need the WinCCflexible or TIA Portal project to reload the panel again. So the first I would do is a backup of the panel https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/28928853 Bye Murof |
