There is not enough information in your query to make an accurate assessment of what you need. Adding a hardware service pack is definitely not going to help. The panel has been available since Wincc Comfort V11 (SIMATIC HMI TP1200 Comfort). You may have the wrong software - as mentioned in the original topic. The installation must contain the WinCC Comfort module. There is an installation for that. |
