Result := LTime_TO_LInt(LTime)*LTime_TO_LInt(LTime);

Please post an example of each LTime tag's values and what you think Result should become afterwards.

Something like??:

LT1=LTIME#1d_1h_1m_1s_1ms_1us_1ns
LT2=LTIME#2d_2h_2m_2s_2ms_2us_2ns
Result=LTIME#2d_2h_2m_2s_2ms_2us_2ns

In that case, maybe something like this:

While you've gotten a technically correct answer on how to do this, 0_Einstein makes a good point. What are you trying to achieve here? What does it mean to multiply two times together?

Consider also the limitations of the data types you're working with. LTIME counts nanoseconds, of which there are about 8.64e+13 in a day. If you multiply, for example, 1 day by 1 day, the numeric value will be about 7.5e+27, which is much larger than the maximum value of a LINT - around 9.2e+18. So you must be very careful about what inputs you give to this function, or you'll get some very confusing results. Anything larger than a few seconds is going to overflow your output when multiplied by something of similar magnitude.
