cannot load HW to sim advanced 4 or 5 - Solved

hello guys im having issues loading my plc to sim advanced 5 service pack 2, but I only upgraded as it also didnt work with 4.0.

I added a picture. it gives an error (0020-3 2 0) and says to prove the HW. this is a running plc in factory, so its strange.

Please carry out the following workaround to try to resolve the behavior and be able to download the project back into PLCSIM Advanced instance:

- Navigate to PLC -> Properties -> Protection & Security

- Press the "Update password encryption" button

- Insert Password for "Full access incl. fail-safe (no protection)", the access level can still be set to "read access"

- Compile the project completely

- Download the hardware configuration

Is there any improvement observed?
