S7 PLCSim Advanced 3.0 Webserver - cannot access https

Prerequisites for PLCSim Advanced 5+ to use https requires TIA Portal V17 or higher, and https communication is only possible when the online access is TCP/IP Single Adapter or TCP/IP Multiple Adapter, collectively also called the PLCSIM Virtual Ethernet Adapter.

Maybe it is as simple as importing the CERT from TIA Portal into your browser for https to work.

I'm encountering an issue on the Web server of a plc CPU 1511-1 PN  loaded in PlcSim Advanced 3.0.

I can connect to the Web server through http but not through https. It always returns "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

I  need HTTPS so I can use the JSON rpc web api
