MP277 to KP1200 Migration HMI with routing to multiple remote stations

I am upgrading my MP277 to a KP1200. I have no issues with the migration process. I have done it before on a machine where it was just one HMI and one PLC. Migrate, connect in TIA, adapt the connection name, sync tags...boom easy.

This upgrade, however, involves my HMI communicating with three different PLCs and a CU that is profibus. 

What's more is that in the original WinCC Flex program I see that all the connections are using routing. What's strange is that the connection settings and partners change each time I open the WinCC Flex project. So I'm unsure how to setup the connections in TIA.

I set up three separate PLC proxies and can see all of my tags. I'm just confused on how to set up my connections. 

Do I just connect it according to the S7 project HW config? Or should I worry about the constantly changing routing/remote settings from the original HMI project?
