How to receive data from a mass flow controller

Hey guys,

am currently working with a Mass Flow Controller (HORIBASTEC SEC-N106 series/SEC-N116MGR), which is connected to a PLC S7-1500 (CPU 1516-3) through PROFIBUS communication. The software am using is Tia Portal. This is the first time am working with a MFC and don't really know how to use it. 

Could some one please tell me which type of data I should use in my PLC tag to receive data from the MFC? Do I have to convert it into Real data type? I have also attached a zip file that has the images and the manual for the MFC.
