Want the plc to read data on HMI tags

 How do i do vbscript in Wincc  screen? Im fairly new at this however i intend to do the same. I want the plc to read data on HMI tags.

Basically i have 8 s7-1200 1215 cpus in daisy chain arrangement linked to the HMI (HMI connected with first plc)

I want all of the PLC'S to read the HMI tags data. Since it is easier on hmi screen to put data and make plc read them 

I have tried put get commands and modbus tcp for sharing data to a single plc and then reading from it but its invain had a hard time trying to get to read it but i feel this is easier

you can use also the VB Script functions to write internal tag values to PLC Tags

if the values are in a internal HMI tag (not in an internal Script Tag) then you just use

SmartTags("ExternalTag") = SmartTags("internalTag")
