I can see actual alarms, i can see alarms in alarm buffer, but i want to store alarms for long term (we are doing 1y periodical maintenance) so i want to download historical alarms to my usb drive. The HMI is equipted with 2GB SD card for storing logs. However the alarm log is empty. On USB and when i select, that i want to see in alarm window alarms from alarm log, it's empty too. Is there some option that i didn't saw, or...?

JBS98 Experienced Member Joined: 7/19/2022 Last visit: 12/23/2025 Posts: 436 Rating: (72)	Hello Cadej_Chudej, In order for the alarms to be recorded in the Log, you must go to the HMI alarms, and in the "Categories" tab, select the category to be recorded and indicate in which file it should be downloaded: Logging alarms

Have a look at: And please exit the runtime before you pull out the external Storage medium to look at it in a PC, because the entries in the logs are buffered, so only if you stop logging or exit runtime the files will be written and closed completly Bye Murof
