Simatic Shell folder missing from Windows Explorer

Kowalski_92 Member Joined: 10/23/2020 Last visit: 8/17/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, after installing the following Siemens suite "TIA Portal STEP 7 Professional WinCC Professional V15.1", the Simatic Shell folder does not appear in the main view of Windows Explorer. <See the attachment screenshot to this post.> - Do you have any ideas about it? How can I do to show it? - Could my windows version be too recent? (Currently i use Windows 10 Pro 20H2.) PS: I have installed the same Siemens suite on another pc with Windows 10 Pro ver. 1903 and everything appears as it should be, so with the Simatic Shell folder visible. PSS: I tried to reinstall the Siemens suite on my PC with Windows 10 Pro 20H2 but nothing changed (disabling Antivirus suite too). The Simatic Shell folder does not appear. Thanks to everyone! Check the compatibility using: https://support.industry.siemens.com/kompatool to see the specifics for each build. Regards
