Watchdogs and such

I'm having problems in my totally integrated automation class and my capstone project because I missed two lectures when we switched from Allen Bradley PLCs. 

I hope I can find some guidance here and I am thankful that this forum exists and the free TIA software or else I might be retaking these classes because we only are able to work on these projects during class time.

Ill attach the information about my problem and what I have so far. Honestly, I'm completely lost and don't even know where to begin.

Ist there a helpful tutroial for the types of problems in my attachment and also watchdogs?
