In the corresponding operating instruction manual you can find detailed information about the meaning of RDY LED signals. See chapter 9.1 of CU240E-2 operating instruction manual for example. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109818082 If RDY LED is blinking fast in red colour a fault is active. Check fault buffer, clear fault reason and acknowledge fault.
