differences step 7 pro and step 7 pro training

Does anyone know the differences between step 7 pro and step 7 pro training package ( sce Version )  ???

SCE refers to the educational sector of Siemens, so I assume that if you have obtained this SCE package through a Siemens course, in addition to STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal), it will include other software packages and devices for training purposes such as Safety, WinCC (TIA Portal ), PLCSIM Advanced, etc.

For example: SCE Trainer Package STEP 7 V19/2021 SR2

Appreciate a lot your comments , I didnt get it so far , Im planning to get it thru a website since Im a beginer and wnat to increase my knoledge in tia portal but was wondering the differences between both licenses before purchase , so does the training package has time frame use or doest it works like a floating license

my plan is to purchase the package and train by my own , but Im wondering if I will need an authorization from siemens to activate it or if it has a time frame period to run after key activation .
